The Community Area Planning (CAP) engagement strategy was aimed at being equitable and inclusive to ensure all residents had the opportunity to share their voice. In summary, this process:
- Reached more than 700,000 people through in-person events and digital outreach;
- Involved active interaction with more than 6,500 people in-person; and
- Resulted in the collection of more than 2,7000 comments from in-person events and digital platforms.

- Social Media: 2,998 likes, 165 comments, 547 shares, 5,157 followers

- Email & Newsletters: 76,887 opens, 7,732 shares, 63,056 recipients
